International Shipping Policy:  We ship to Canada and Puerto Rico.  International customers, please call or email us for a shipping quotation.  International customers should be aware that there may be fees and/or delays associated with our merchandise passing through customs.  These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer to pay.  The customer also accepts that we play no part in the customs process and will not hold us liable for any delays.


Shipping Policy (Bathroom vanities and other items shipped via freight carrier):
  Shipping includes base freight, warehouse handling, oversized pallet, and lift gate service.  Curb-side delivery only!  No remote areas, islands, non-direct points, construction sites, or inaccessible roads. Upon purchase, please provide your primary & secondary daytime phone numbers.


Tracking and Delivery


After your order is shipped, we will send a shipping information email containing the trucking company name, website, and the order’s tracking number.  When the order arrives at your local terminal, the carrier will call you to make an appointment for the delivery. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to be available at the appointed time and date to receive the package and sign for the delivery.  Any and all redelivery charges incurred will be billed to the customer and due upon delivery.



Limited Access Issues

In some cases, freight deliveries will arrive in a full-size 18-wheel trailer truck.  When an order is placed, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify us if the delivery location has potential limited access issues.  In the event that the truck cannot reach your location or cannot turn around in your area, or if for any other access-related reason delivery is attempted and cannot be completed, any and all redelivery charges will be billed to the customer and due upon delivery.


Shipping Damages

At the time of delivery, it is the sole responsibility of the receiving party to fully inspect the product for potential damage caused during transit.  Be sure to photograph the condition of the box and packaging prior to unwrapping the vanity.  We recommend opening the packaging and taking off any protective wrapping to fully inspect the product before the driver leaves.  Any and all damage must be noted in detail on the delivery receipt and signed by the driver.  The customer accepts sole responsibility for damages that are not noted on the delivery receipt.  If damage did occur during transit, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.  After that time, the customer accepts all responsibility for the damages and will not hold us liable.


Backsplash Disclaimer

Your bathroom vanity may come with a free matching backsplash.  The backsplash is not included in the
purchase price, but is included in the box strictly as a free upgrade only. Damaged backsplashes cannot be refunded, replaced or used as a reason for return of the vanity in the event that the backsplash is received damaged or broken.


Shipping Policy (Non-freight items):  We ship via UPS Standard.  If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us of the damages within 24 hours of delivery.
