Shipping:Shipping is free to the 48 continental states. No islands or remote areas. Curb-side delivery only! A valid daytime contact number is required upon purchase.After your order is shipped, we will send a shipping information email containing the trucking company name, website, and the order’s tracking number. When the order arrives at your local terminal, the carrier will call you to make an appointment for the delivery. The buyer must be available at the appointed time and date to receive the package and sign for the delivery. Any and all redelivery charges incurred will be billed to the buyer and due upon delivery.
In some cases, freight deliveries will arrive in a full-size 18-wheel trailer truck. When an order is placed, it is the buyer’s responsibility to notify us if the delivery location has potential limited access issues. In the event that the truck cannot reach your location or cannot turn around in your area, or if for any other access-related reason delivery is attempted and cannot be completed, any and all redelivery charges will be billed to the buyer and due upon delivery.
At the time of delivery, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to fully inspect the product for potential damage caused during transit. Be sure to photograph the condition of the box and packaging prior to unwrapping the vanity. We recommend opening the packaging and taking off any protective wrapping to fully inspect the product before the driver leaves. Any and all damage must be noted in detail on the delivery receipt and signed by the driver. The buyer accepts sole responsibility for damages that are not noted on the delivery receipt. If damage did occur during transit, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. After that time, the buyer accepts all responsibility for the damages and will not hold us liable.
International customers should be aware that there may be fees and/or delays associated with our merchandise passing through customs. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay. The buyer also accepts that we play no part in the customs process and will not hold us liable for any delays.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your purchase within 7 days of delivery for a full refund less our shipping/handling cost (this includes items with a free shipping offer) and a 15% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping/handling and insurance. All returned merchandise must be in new, uninstalled, undamaged condition and include all original packaging materials such as styrofoam padding, exterior carton, and wood pallet. Please note that it may take us 2 to 3 business days to process your return. Once your item is received, it will be inspected and your refund will be processed accordingly.
All returns must be authorized! Please email us for a return authorization number.
